Sabai Thai Wellness is therapeutic in nature. Massage therapy can provide the benefits of enhanced relaxation, stress reduction, reduced pain from muscular tension and spasm, improved circulation and increased range of motion. Customers should pursue appropriate health management for conditions they may have. Customers accept massage at their own risk and Sabai Thai Wellness will not be held responsible for any complications due to customers' health conditions.  Customers should inform the therapist about any allergies, injuries, or medical conditions before the session.

• All massage services provided are non-sexual. Inappropriate behaviors, including sexual advances or requests, are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the session and will be fully charged.

• A fine of 100 euros will be incurred if a deep clean is required and caused by any inappropriate actions from customers. 

• The use of underwear or other cover is mandatory. 

• Sabai Thai Wellness cannot be held liable for any damage to customers’ personal property, including theft or loss, or any damage.
• Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priority. If you're not satisfied with your massage, you can change therapists or cancel within the first 20 minutes at no charge. After the 20-minute window, you'll only be billed for the time the therapist has worked. 

• Should you arrive late for your scheduled treatment, we will make every effort to accommodate your service, without interfering with the next scheduled customer. However, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment so that the next guest will not be delayed, and the full value of your treatment will be applied.

• Customers must give a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. If change in the appointment time is not appropriately given, the customer may be charged the full fee. No-shows will be treated as cancellation without notice and fully charged.
